Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary based on location and order size.

• Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to factors outside our control (such as carrier delays, weather, or holidays).

 

Shipping Locations

• We currently ship within the United States. 

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

• Killer Skin™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

• If this occurs, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

Refund & Return Policy

At Killer Skin™, we stand by the quality of our products. Due to the personal nature of skincare, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

 

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@killerskin.com with:

• Your order number

• A photo of the damaged/defective item

• A photo of the shipping box (if damaged)

 

We will gladly send a replacement item or issue a refund for the damaged product.

 

Important Notes

• Refunds or replacements are only available for products that arrive damaged or defective.

• We do not offer refunds for issues such as change of mind, dislike of texture/scent, or allergic reactions. Please read ingredients carefully before purchase.
